belly dance new 'dancing for birth' classes exclusively at baby moon! Birth can be like a marathon, and Dancing for Birth prenatal and postpartum dance classes prepare you for the challenge. Become more at ease with your body, gain strength and muscle tone, and feel great through pregnancy and beyond! These fun classes will engage pregnancy and birthing muscles, and teach valuable childbirth preparation skills and natural pain coping techniques that will build your confidence in your own birthing ability. Dancing  for Birth students nationwide report low levels of discomfort, shorter labors, and high levels of satisfaction during their births. No experience is necessary- -these classes are for everyone! Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and the first year after birth. Mamas with newborns, bring a wrap or sling and wear  your baby while you dance! You'll regain your pre-pregnancy strength and tone more quickly through Dancing for Birth classes. Girl Scouts Fun A Thon FREE

Get ready for Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road Family Fun-a-Thon THIS SATURDAY at the Kentucky National Guard Armory, 4301 Airport Road., Lexington, KY.
September 17, 2011; 10AM-4PM the Bluegrass Cluster will be kicking off our 100th Anniversary.

This event is open to the public! We will have fun, games, and more! There is NO REGISTRATION FEE REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT!!!! It is absolutely FREE! So bring your family, friends, and come have some FUN with the Girl Scouts!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nicholasville Road Chick-fil-A Storytime on Mondays!! Toddler Time and Bible Stories begins in the morning at 9:30-10:30am. Ages 2-4
While you enjoy breakfast with your friends, we tell Bible Stories, sing songs & play. Everyone is welcome. (Under 2 accompanied by an adult in the playground)
