For Home Depot workshops you just show up between 9 am - 12 pm.

For Lowe's it gets a bit crazy so your best bet is to PRE REGISTER online to guarantee your spot (You MUST show up by 10:15 to claim your kit or it will be given to someone else)
You can always show up the day of and you still may get a kit - sometimes folks end up registering but they don't make it.

Her Knight Father/Daughter Dance

Her Knight is an unforgettable evening for girls age 2 years to 5th grade to spend with the special "Knight" in their lives. The event takes place at the Signature Club of Lansdowne on February 25th. Tickets are on sale now.

The goal of Her Knight is to help the fathers in our community develop strong relationships with their daughters. It is an easy way for the dad to be the "knight in shining armor" for his daughter.

Realizing that some young girls may have another person who fulfills this role in their lives, Her Knight is open to uncles, grandfathers, godfathers and other special "Knights".

Her Knight is organized by a volunteer group of women in Central Kentucky who are passionate about strengthening families.

The funds raised from the sale of tickets to Her Knight go to support a non-profit in our community. Proceeds from the 2012 Her Knight benefit Assurance Care Center.

TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! Join us on Saturday, February 25, 2012, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Signature Club of Lansdowne. A $50 ticket admits one father/knight and up to two girls for the entire evening and includes dancing, food, a professional photograph, and a goodie bag. A complimentary limousine shuttle is available to and from the off-site parking at Glendover Elementary School. A $70 ticket is available for fathers/knights with three girls. Party attire is suggested. Purchase your ticket on line today!

BONUS SALON PACKAGE: Give your daughter the "royal treatment" with a salon appointment on the day of the dance. The $25 package includes hairstyling, a tiara, and age-appropriate "sparkle and shine" make up. If you purchase a salon package, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the day of the dance. Limited appointments are available.
Attire: Party attire suggested. Fathers/knights are encouraged to wear a coat and tie. Girls are encouraged to wear their favorite party dress. Where there is a need, dresses from our scholarship closet are available.

Happy Baby Yoga - Happy Baby Yoga class has its own special rhythm. New moms find peace of mind as they bond with baby and discover movement together. The babies will enjoy the poses, infant massage and playtime incorporated into the practice. Moms gain support and information from other women who are sharing the same life experience of motherhood. As t...o be expected the babies will laugh, cry, need to be fed and changed; this is all part of the process so feel free to take care of babies needs whenever they arise. Bring a blanket for your baby and wear loose, comfortable clothing. No prior Yoga experience necessary. Registration is required.
